CMC TS & CIST introduce new technology solutions to Vietnam Airlines

On the afternoon of 24 August 2020, at CMC Tower, CMC TS in collaboration with CMC Institute of Science and Technology (CIST) held a meeting for introduction of solutions and experience sharing with Vietnam Airlines Center for Research and Implementation.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Nguyen Boi Hong Minh - Deputy Head of Vietnam Airlines Center for Research and Implementation and its members. From CMC, there were Ms. Nguyen Thi Luyen - Director of Enterprise Solutions of CMC TS and Mr. Dang Minh Tuan - Director of CIST.

According to the representative of Vietnam Airlines, Vietnam Airlines wishes to apply technology to optimize production and business activities, and improve the quality of customer service at the same time.Therefore, at the meeting, CMC introduced technology solutions that the corporation is researching and developing, and updated technology trends in the world for Vietnam Airlines.
Director of CIST introduces new technology solutions and products
These solutions include: CIVAMS - a face recognition solution using artificial intelligence, anomaly detection product using Big Data, Social Listening product, Data Matching product, and KMS Chatbot using AI technology.Currently, Vietnam Airlines is one of the strategic clients of CMC TS who uses virtualized server infrastructure and security solutions provided by CMC TS.
