CIST introduces research activities to clients in Insurance and Banking industries

In 2020, the central mission of CMC Institute of Science and Technology (CMC CIST) is researching and developing products and solutions to meet market demands. With that in mind, leaders of CIST in collaboration with CMC Telecom and CMC TS jointly held a conference for connection between researchers and clients of the Corporation, in order to introduce research activities and listen to practice-based feedback.

At the conference, experts from VP Bank, HD Bank, Bao Viet Insurance as well as other businesses gave very useful suggestions for major projects of CMC CIST, such as Social Listening, AI chat bot, AIBox, Datalake, etc. In addition to the features that attract the guests, many of the suggestions will surely help CMC to further improve its existing products to meet customer requirements, enhance user experience and overall connectivity.
