CMC Corporation would like to publish the following information:
Mr. Hoang Ngoc Hung will resign from the position of Executive Vice President of CMC Corp due to his retirement age and the end of his term (from August 5, 2020 to May 31, 2021) under Decision 39/2020/QD – CT HĐQT of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on August 5, 2020. From June 1, 2021, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Hung will no longer be an internal actors of CMC Corp and will not be required to perform obligations related to information disclosure of internal actors in accordance with the law.
